About Ulsan

South Korea's largest industrial port and the country's main crude oil import hub, located in southeast Korea. Ulsan is home to the SK Energy Ulsan Complex — the world's second-largest single-site refinery at approximately 840,000 bpd capacity. The port also hosts S-Oil's Onsan refinery (669,000 bpd). Together, these refineries make Ulsan one of the world's largest refining centers. Korea National Oil Corporation maintains strategic petroleum reserves nearby.
