About Oman LNG / Qalhat
Located at Qalhat near Sur on Oman's eastern coast. The complex consists of two adjacent facilities: Oman LNG (2 trains, 7.1 MTPA, operational since 2000) and Qalhat LNG (1 train, 3.7 MTPA, operational since 2006), for a combined capacity of approximately 10.8 MTPA. The government of Oman holds majority stakes in both entities. Gas is sourced from central Oman's fields and transported via pipeline.
