About Dunkerque LNG

France's newest and largest LNG import terminal by tank capacity, operational since 2017 in the port of Dunkirk on the northern French coast. With three 200,000 m³ tanks and a send-out capacity of 13 bcm/year, it is one of the largest regasification facilities in Europe. The terminal's innovative design uses seawater for regasification while simultaneously providing cooling water to the adjacent EDF Gravelines nuclear power plant.
