About Bukhta Sever
Arctic crude oil export terminal of the Vostok Oil project on the eastern shore of the Yenisey Gulf, built on the expanding seaport of Dikson. First phase (up to 30 Mt/year) was commissioned on 2026-09-05; TankerMap tracks tanker arrivals and departures from AIS. Terminal geometry is provisional pending surveyed berth coordinates.
