About Brunsbüttel LNG
Germany's second emergency FSRU terminal, located at the mouth of the Elbe River in Schleswig-Holstein. Commissioned in early 2023 using the FSRU "Höegh Gannet" as part of Germany's rapid LNG infrastructure buildout following the loss of Russian pipeline gas.
