Krk LNG

Croatia's FSRU-based LNG terminal on the island of Krk in the northern Adriatic, operational since January 2021. Send-out capacity of approximately 2.6 bcm/year. The terminal has gained strategic importance as a diversification route for central European countries (Hungary, Austria, Slovenia) seeking alternatives to Russian pipeline gas.
